How far in advance should I place my custom cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. For large events like weddings, 3 to 6 months is preferred to ensure availability on our calendar.
Do you offer delivery for fragile cakes?
Yes, we offer professional hand-delivery within a 50-mile radius of our bakery to ensure your cake arrives safely. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of delicious gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. Please specify your requirements during the consultation process.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Do you provide cake tastings for weddings?
Yes, we offer curated tasting boxes featuring our most popular flavors and fillings. These can be ordered through our website for pickup or enjoyed during an in-person consultation.
How should I store my cake if I am not serving it immediately?
Cakes should be kept refrigerated until 1 to 2 hours before serving. This allows the buttercream to soften to the perfect consistency while maintaining the cake's structural integrity.
